  They are full of scams, all about the MONEY! They increase your rent each year, but if you leave, they will re-rent it to a new comer at the starting price of whem you first rented the home. So unfair! They advertised my rent as 975/month, but they don't advertise that they also make you pay PROPERTY TAXES on the house you rent. They divide the property tax into monthly amounts and add that to your rent. So I actually pay 1000.35/month for rent. They make you pay for all of your own landscaping and upkeep of the home, which is an extra 80.00/month. They make you pay for your own pest control, which is an extra 45/month. None of the utilities are included! These are all hidden expenses you will be forced to pay. I planned my budiet with rent for 975/month, but really pay 1200/month+utilities... They also don't have emergency maintenance! My sprinklers cut on by themselves several times!!! I have NEVER touched them and the instructions on them are in Spanish! Whenever I called, they would say the earliest they could come out was 2 or more days later. Guess who got stuck with a 200 and 300 dollar water bill each time??? Me! I felt they should have paid the difference in my bill each time that happened, due to their faulty sprinkler equipment. My water bill is normall only 70.00/month, as I live by myself! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headache, heartache, and money by finding ANYONE else to rent from! I wish someone had warned me...
